Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy governs the procedure for refunding payments for services provided by the Shotix App.

1.2. This Refund Policy is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of Hong Kong.

1.3. By using Shotix services, the User acknowledges that the services provided are digital in nature and access is granted immediately after purchase.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. The User has the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment if they are not satisfied with the quality of the provided services.

2.2. Refunds are only possible for unused generations. If the User has started using the purchased generations, partial or full refunds may be refused in accordance with the nature of digital goods and services.

2.3. Shotix does not offer automatic refunds. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis following a review of the request and usage details.

2.4. Refund requests must demonstrate that the service was not provided as described or that there was a failure in the generation process attributable to Shotix.

3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To request a refund, the User must contact support via Telegram chat at: @elenaai_help_bot.

3.2. When submitting a refund request, the User must provide:

  • The order number or other identifying purchase details;

  • A description of the reason for the refund;

  • Payment confirmation.

3.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction within 14 business days from the date of approval.

4. Refund Exceptions

4.1. A refund is not possible if:

  • All purchased generations have been used;

  • The User has violated the terms of the User Agreement;

  • The refund request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the payment date;

  • The User fails to provide the required information to process the refund request.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The Shotix App reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy without prior notice. The latest version of the Refund Policy will be published within the App interface.

5.2. By continuing to use Shotix services after any changes to this Refund Policy, the User agrees to be bound by the updated terms.
